Accelerated Focus is seeking a Technical Lead to join our team in the USA.
What you'll be working on
As a Technical Lead you will provide expert guidance in designing complex systems, making critical technology choices, and mentoring team members. Drive innovation, optimize processes, and lead the development of solutions that push the boundaries of technical excellence.
What you need to succeed
Here are some of the things we’re looking for, however firm requirements may be overlooked for talented individuals who can clearly demonstrate comparable skill levels:
• To align with our Core Values.
• A post secondary education in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 5 plus years experience coding and data base programming as part of a project team.
• The ability to develop software using OutSystems or other low code platform. es.
• Experience being part of organizational and strategic growth projects.
• Thirst for knowledge and inquisitive tendencies – You always ask “why?” and constantly look for better and new ways of doing things.
• Leadership and coaching experience strongly preferred.
Bonus points if you have any of the following:
• OutSystems certifications.
• A great story for why you chose to go on the OutSystems journey.
• Skills in the following: RESTful services, .Net, C#, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI guidelines.
